The manufacturer of this retaining wall contacted Exact Match when the wall was ordered in a gray color. When the architect was told that color would be added after the fact, rather than in the factory, and that any gray color could be selected and provided to our team to match exactly, all involved were pleased with the unexpected upgrade.
