Store Front Cast Stone Color Project
This modern, community based retail center under construction features many beautiful store fronts accented by cast stone architectural accents, also known as precast concrete. Unfortunately between specification, production and installation, the wrong cast stone color ended up on one of the store fronts and became an urgent punch list item which needed to be corrected within one week. Rather than risk destruction to surrounding precast, windows or create needless expense for additional man hours for the labor to tear the cast stone out, and to avoid production and shipping time for new pieces, and expense and man hours to install new cast stone, Exact Match Masonry Staining resolved the issue with fast responsiveness and expert cast stone matching capabilities. The project was back on schedule and as is typical, with our team’s work complete, no one can detect we’ve even been on site at all.
